Order Form

To begin the process of ordering your gown, please open and print our order form below. Fill it out and mail it to the address listed at the top of the order form.

Please also print a copy of the page entitled "Conscious Clothing Policies" and keep it for reference. For your review, we have also listed these policies on this webpage, below the PDF links.

Please be aware that the Order Form requires a signature confirming that you have read and understand the page entitled "Conscious Clothing Policies."

Conscious Clothing Policies

Prices: Please note that prices listed are for designs as shown on the website, straight from our website. Customized fits or custom-designed gowns will vary in price. You may choose a different fabric than what the gown is shown in at no extra charge.

Timing for ready-to-wear orders: You should order your dress a minimum of three (3) months in advance of your wedding date. We do advise that you order your gown as early as you can. You should expect to receive your dress 4-8 weeks after we receive your deposit and signed order form. Allow much more time for custom designs. You should plan on having your dress at least 3 weeks before the wedding to allow for any final alterations that may be necessary.

Ordering Timeline & Pricing For Rush Orders: The minimum ordering time to receive regular pricing is six (6) weeks prior to your wedding date on one of our ready-to-wear designs, and ten (10) weeks on a custom design. Any gown ordered less than the 6 or 10 weeks from the scheduled ceremony is considered a rush order. Rush orders incur an extra 10% charge (of the dress total.) For Example, a gown priced at $800 would be $880 as a rush order.

If you are really in a rush, call us and we may have a sample gown in your size in stock you may purchase at regular price.

Custom designs: We do make custom gowns. The pricing on custom gowns generally ranges from $800-$2000, but depends on the design. Please call us to discuss custom options and guidelines.

Payment: We require a 50% deposit upon the order of your gown and the other 50% when your gown is ready to ship. We accept Visa and MasterCard, money orders, and personal checks. Please note that if you pay by check we will wait for the check to clear before we consider it a paid deposit. Please do not email credit card numbers, but rather call us or put them on your order form.

Refund policy: As all of our gowns are cut and sewn to order, all deposits and gowns are non-refundable.

Final pressing: Please note that we pre-shrink all of our fabrics. Due to the nature of the natural fibers the washing tends to leave some wrinkles. We suggest that you have your gown professionally pressed to remove the final wrinkles.

Shipping: We ship UPS or USPS, fully insured.
